Physical and emotional support throughout your most sacred, yet vulnerable moments in life! Includes coaching and complementary and alternative pain management techniques to ensure a safe labor experience while reducing pain and complications. Also includes fee for a bonus doula (also known as back up doula), subject to your approval.

Nurturing both mom and baby during the period of healing and recovery following birth. Also includes family intervention (as needed), meal preparation, and light cleaning. Daytime and overnight options available. Extended postpartum options also offered, extending through the first year.

During these sessions we work to ensure a healthy and proper latch, healthy weight gain, and a healthy bond between mom and baby. We can also address any issues that arise as well as determine a pump schedule that best fits you and your family's lifestyle and wishes. Exclusive pump moms and supplemental moms are also welcomed!

Specialized mental health care tailored to mom's needs. This method has been proven to reduce anxiety and fears leading up to birth as well as reducing postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression. Specialized support for Dad is automatically built in, led by my husband, for no additional cost!
